What to Expect:
Your initial herbal consultation is a 90-120-minute deep dive into your health story, your lifestyle, your goals, and your path toward healing. This is not a rushed or surface-level discussion—it’s a thoughtful, compassionate space where you’ll be fully heard and supported.
Together, we’ll explore all the roots of your well-being—physical, emotional, mental, spiritual, and environmental. From sleep, digestion, and energy levels to stress patterns, emotional health, and life rhythms, I take the time to understand the full picture of your life.
My approach is rooted in empathy, integrity, and deep respect for your journey. My goal is to help you feel empowered, informed, and more in tune with your body and what it needs to stay healthy. An initial appointment is vital to getting a full scope of your life and how best to move forward.
Follow-up Appointment are meant to gather more information, adjust herbal formulas if needed, and hear how you are doing. These appointments are also where I will share traditional herbal remedies with you. They can be considered mini private herbal lessions.
You can schedule an in-person appointment in the comfort off your own home within San Luis Obispo County, in my office in Paso Robles, or Video/Distance appointments from anywhere in the world!
Please note: Appointments do not include the cost of supplements, though I do my best to keep those prices as low and accessible as possible.

Initial Herbal Consultation – $100
Duration: 90–120 minutes
Your first visit is a deep dive into your health story, lifestyle, and wellness goals. We’ll explore your physical, emotional, and environmental factors to uncover the root causes of imbalance. Together, we’ll create a personalized plan that may include herbs, nutrition, and lifestyle recommendations.
Includes a written protocol and resources to support your healing journey.
Follow-Up Session – $60
Duration: 45–60 minutes
Perfect for checking progress and making adjustments to your plan. We’ll review what’s working, address new concerns, and refine your herbal and wellness protocol to keep you moving toward your goals.
Mini Check-In – $35
Duration: 20–30 minutes
A quick touchpoint for smaller updates or questions between full sessions. Ideal for minor plan tweaks, reviewing new symptoms, or getting extra support when you need it.
Gut Testing
Perfect for:
Women trying to conceive, pregnant women, mothers, babies, or adults who want to understand and support their gut health. Especially beneficial for families with a history of antibiotic use before or during pregnancy, C-section births, or for mothers who are unable to breastfeed and want to help naturally support their baby’s microbiome and help prevent certain diseases.
Price: $275 (includes 1 gut test and 1 results review appointment)

$475 (includes 2 gut tests—one for mother and one for baby—and a shared results review appointment)

Monthly Maintain Package–$60/ month
Personalized care, every month!
Ideal for established clients wanting consistent support for chronic conditions, to maintain a healthy lifestyle, or to receive personal herbal lessons. This package is fully customized to your needs.
Includes:
- 1 -60 minute session each month
- Unlimited email and phone check-ins between sessions
- 1 customized tincture or tea blend included each month
*Must commit to 3 months at a time.
